Welcome to Disneyland's newest attraction, which opened in June, 1999. Walk up the stairs into the treehouse, then back down into the camp where you can bang on percussion "instruments" to your heart's content.

Idylic Treehouse This is where a shipwrecked English couple lived with their baby boy.	Tragedy Strikes While they were sleeping, Sabor attacked.
Enter Kala	Kala had recently lost her own baby to Sabor. When she found the human baby, she managed to rescue him from another leopard attack. Kala named the baby "Tarzan" and decided to raise him as her own. Click arrow to hear a few seconds of Kala's song to Tarzan.
Jane Jane was trying to study apes, but not finding any, Tarzan was a worthy subject.	Tarzan Tarzan had never seen another human before, but quickly learned their language and traits.
You'll want to see the movie, so we'll stop the story here, and head out of the treehouse.
