These pictures were taken within a weekend's drive of our Southern California home. Locations are Death Valley, the Mission de la Concepcion Purisimo near Lompoc, Frontierland in Disneyland (all in Southern California) and Lake Mead Nevada. The photo of a mirror surface on Lake Mead is one of my all-time favorites. It's unedited except for cropping. I took it from the back of a boat at 5:00 a.m.
